Have you tried deactivating all other plugins? (If this plugin ties in with another plugin such as LearnDash, keep that plugin active). Once you've deactivated all other plugins, if the problem goes away, try reactivating other plugins one-by-one until the problem comes back and let us know which plugin seems to be the problem.

Have you tried using a default WordPress theme such as "Twenty Seventeen"? Did that solve the problem? If so, let us know which theme you are using.

Does the problem still persist after trying these steps? If not, which plugin or theme seems to be conflicting with our plugin?
