1. Plugin Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, all plugins developed by Real Big Plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

2. Subscription

Your subscription is recurring and annual. It begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will be charged, in one lump sum, the amount shown on the ordering page. All amounts shown on the ordering page are in USD.

3. Automatic Renewals and Charges

On your annual renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another year on the then-current Software Service Agreement terms unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the below or Real Big Plugins notifying you at least thirty (30) days in advance that it is not renewing. Accordingly, every year on your annual renewal date, until you or we cancel, we will automatically charge you an amount equal to the number of users on your account multiplied by the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes.

We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, but we will notify you before any rate change and give you the option to cancel. We may also change your plan’s rate at any time upon at least 30 days written notice, provided that if you do not agree with such pricing changes, you may terminate your subscription during such notice period. However, you will not receive a refund for any amounts previously paid.

You authorize us, through our payment processor, to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every year until you cancel. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your subscription. You can view your subscriptions anytime in your account dashboard https://realbigplugins.com/checkout/purchase-history/

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our support team at support@realbigplugins.com. In most cases, subscriptions in progress are non-refundable except as defined in our Refund Policy below.

4. Warranty

Plugins sold and distributed by Real Big Marketing, LLC are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Because the number and variety of plugins are vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss from installing or using our plugins. We may provide support at our discretion if conflicts occur with third-party software.

5. Support

Real Big Marketing, LLC sells and distributes plugins “as is” without implied warranty. They may not function exactly as you would like or may not be compatible with all third-party components and plugins. Support for plugins sold and distributed by Real Big Marketing, LLC is only available for those with an active, paid license.

Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on your purchased license. After one year, the purchaser must renew their license to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided as long as the subscription remains active.

Support and updates for our plugins will be provided as long as they are actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, Real Big Marketing, LLC will no longer be responsible for providing updates or support:

A plugin is no longer actively developed as a viable product under Real Big Marketing, LLC.
A plugin or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
WordPress is no longer actively developed.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can or will be answered to the extent or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

6. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to license holders with an active and valid subscription and license key and for all plugins that meet the following requirements:

Automatic updates are available for all installed Real Big Plugins products. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.

7. Plugin Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area, along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us at https://realbigplugins.com/support to request your purchase information.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted if your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.

8. Ownership

All plugins are the property of Real Big Marketing, LLC. Claiming any intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.

9. Website & Plugin Content

All content found on this site and throughout the plugin, including images, documentation, support queries, and any other information, is the property of Real Big Marketing, LLC, and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

10. Price Changes

Real Big Marketing, LLC reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

11. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in our products but understand that they cannot always work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have an issue that we cannot resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
Your issue(s) comes from being unable to install the plugin properly or get it to perform its basic functions.
You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.

By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

12. Email

Real Big Marketing, LLC may occasionally email you about purchasing product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to Real Big Plugins updates, promotions, etc. We will never sell or release your email to any third-party vendors. In the event that our software, this store, or our parent company is purchased, we will provide the information for your subscription and payments to the purchaser. You may opt out of any emails at any time without penalty.

13. License Agreement

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

14. Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
